Analyzing Markets on RoseonX

Do you know as a Technical Analyst, you can choose to Analyze the price of tokens on RoseonX or the Market cap of this tokens.

Price vs Mcap:

A token may have a high price but low mcap as well as a low price and a high. mcap.

What does this mean.

The value of a token may not be measured directly by the price. Analyzing the mcap can be of great advantage.

A token at $0.1 dollar can be valued at $1bn mcap and a token of $20 can be valued at $100m. As an investor, you can blindly go for the token with $0.1 expecting it to reach $10, oh yeah that’s a 100x. But you forget that the 100x means a $100bn mcap. How realistic is that brrr. On the other end, a 100x for the token at $20 is $10bn which is a more realistic target.

This is why the mcap is important. Analyzing the mcap will help you understand if the token is at a good buy price and how far to the upside it can go. If I see a token at $100k mcap, regardless of the price, I’m comfortable with the fact that a 10x meaning $1m mcap is very realistic and achievable
